Job Summary

Own the content engine and trade-show program for a multi-division technical services firm, turning complex services into clear market narratives and measurable events with sales impact.

  • Content ownership: calendar, case studies, thought leadership, and multi-channel assets that align with growth priorities
  • Event ownership: trade shows, conferences, and partner events with pre/post planning and ROI tracking
  • Cross-functional alignment: partner with sales, operations, and leadership to capture insights, enable enablement, and drive pipeline

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a strategic content calendar aligned with growth priorities
  • Create case studies highlighting project success and client outcomes
  • Produce industry-specific thought leadership for healthcare, veterinary, pharmacy, and OEM partnerships
  • Generate social media content for brand and executive visibility
  • Create website copy, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials
  • Translate technical services into clear marketing narratives
  • Partner with operations and project teams to capture real-world insights and success stories
  • Support internal communications reinforcing culture, growth, and direction
  • Ensure brand voice, messaging, and positioning consistency across all content
  • Plan and execute presence at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, content creation, and/or event management
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Experience coordinating trade shows or industry events end-to-end
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams
  • Proficiency with marketing tools (CRM, email platforms, CMS, social media)
Nice-to-have
  • Experience in healthcare, veterinary, construction, or technical services industries
  • Familiarity with OEM partnerships or field service-based business models
  • Experience supporting multi-division or national service organizations
