Job Summary

Own content and events that drive growth by turning technical services into clear marketing narratives for multiple industries and co marketing with OEMs.

  • Content & Brand: own the calendar, case studies, thought leadership, social, and website copy that explain complex offerings.
  • Events & Activation: run trade shows and conferences end to end, from messaging to post-event follow up and ROI tracking.
  • Sales Enablement & Digital: build assets and campaigns that support revenue goals across divisions and partner programs.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Content Development and Brand Storytelling: Develop and manage a strategic content calendar aligned with growth priorities
  • Create high-impact content including: Case studies highlighting project success and client outcomes
  • Industry-specific thought leadership (healthcare, veterinary, pharmacy, and OEM partnerships)
  • Social media content for brand and executive visibility
  • Website copy, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials
  • Translate technical services (installation, integration, field service, construction, and healthcare renovation) into marketing narratives
  • Partner with operations and project teams to capture real-world insights and success stories
  • Support internal communications that reinforce culture, growth, and strategic direction
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and positioning across content
  • Event Strategy and Execution: Plan and execute presence at trade shows and industry events
  • Manage logistics including booth strategy, vendor coordination, travel, materials, and on-site execution
  • Develop event messaging and collateral aligned with audiences and goals
  • Partner with sales and leadership for strong pre-event planning and post-event follow-up
  • Coordinate campaigns to drive attendance, engagement, and lead generation
  • Track and report on event performance, lead quality, pipeline impact, and ROI
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
  • Sales and Growth Enablement: Collaborate with business development and sales to align marketing with revenue goals
  • Develop tools and materials that support lead generation and sales conversations
  • Help position divisions (Integration, Installation, Field Service, Construction, Healthcare Renovation) clearly in the market
  • Identify opportunities for co-marketing with strategic partners such as OEMs and industry organizations
  • Digital and Marketing Support: Support ongoing website updates and optimization efforts
  • Assist in executing email marketing and social campaigns
  • Schedule social media content across platforms, monthly
  • Monitor and report on content and campaign performance to improve effectiveness
  • Contribute to broader marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and market positioning
