Marketing & Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Capture and create engaging photo, video, and written content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, and other relevant platforms.
• Write, format, and publish blog posts on our WordPress website to educate patients, improve SEO, and increase website traffic.
• Develop creative content ideas that showcase our services, team, office culture, and patient experience.
• Brainstorm and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, patient engagement, and new patient inquiries.
• Maintain an organized content calendar for social media posts, blogs, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Maintain and update website content, ensuring information is accurate, relevant, and consistent with our brand.
• Support local SEO efforts through keyword-focused content, Google Business Profile updates, and ongoing website optimization.
• Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend actionable strategies based on results.
• Collaborate with the practice manager, doctor, and existing graphic design support to develop promotional materials and maintain consistent branding.

Requirements

• Experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and patient-friendly content.
• Familiarity with WordPress, basic SEO, and website analytics.
• Experience creating short-form video content and working with social media platforms.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow through on projects consistently.
• Comfortable collaborating with a team and turning ideas into actionable marketing initiatives.

Preferred

• Prior knowledge or experience in a healthcare or dental setting is preferred.
• Healthcare or dental marketing experience is preferred.
