Responsibilities

• Email + SMS Marketing
• Create, build and schedule 2 marketing emails per week
• Create and schedule 1 SMS campaign every two weeks
• Help develop promotions, educational content and product messaging
• Track email/SMS performance and identify what’s working
• Blog + Website Content
• Create and publish 1 blog post per week
• Use SEO best practices to help increase organic traffic
• Repurpose blog content into emails and social media
• Assist with Shopify and website content as needed

Requirements

• Creative but highly organized
• Comfortable filming and editing short-form video
• A strong writer and communicator
• Familiar with Instagram, Reels and current social media trends
• Comfortable with email marketing platforms
• Comfortable working in Shopify
• Experienced with or excited about using AI tools
• Able to manage multiple small projects and deadlines
• Comfortable delegating tasks and following up on them
• Resourceful—you research answers instead of waiting to be told every step

Preferred

• Experience in beauty or curly hair is a plus
