Hanson is seeking candidates for a Marketing Consultant. We have a potential opportunity in Springfield, IL.

This position will typically support one or more experienced professional staff in the performance of assignments, spend time shadowing actual operations and have assignments that support larger projects, as well as experience the day-to-day workings of a marketing professional. The intern may perform and participate in additional activities and events that help them build a strong network in the Hanson community and with fellow interns. This internship may require travel to suppliers, customers or other Hanson locations.

Qualifications:

This candidate must be actively enrolled in a communications/marketing degree program. The ideal candidate will have successfully completed their junior year and be actively enrolled in a four-year college or university, with coursework completed that relates directly to this position. Students who have finished their more than 60 hours of coursework applicable toward their degree, who have exceptional prior experience, will be considered.

• A desire to make an impact
• Strong analytical skills
• Written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere
• Valid driver’s license

This is an in-person position in Springfield, Illinois. Remote options are NOT available.

Freshman $21/hr.

Sophomore $23/hr.

Junior $24/hr.

Senior $25/hr.

Master's Program $30/hr.
