Responsibilities

• Build relationships with local businesses, gyms, apartments, wellness providers, corporate offices, and community organizations.
• Develop B2B partnerships, referral relationships, and corporate wellness opportunities.
• Research, secure, and attend community events, health fairs, fitness events, and local activations.
• Coordinate tabling opportunities and community outreach.
• Conduct grassroots marketing throughout the surrounding community.
• Generate new leads and help turn outreach into booked first visits.
• Maintain existing partnerships while consistently developing new ones.
• Track outreach activity, partnerships, events, leads, appointments booked, and resulting sales.
• Collaborate with studio leadership on local promotions and growth opportunities.
• This is a part-time role with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on performance, business growth, and results.

Preferred

• Experience in marketing, sales, events, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or business development is a plus.
