Responsibilities

• Create & Ship: Produce high-end branded content and "things" (physical or digital) that go beyond standard UGC.
• Trend Tracking: Act as our "Ear-to-the-Ground," filling the gap between high-level strategy and real-time cultural moments.
• Translate Insights: Take the needs of our audience, creative and media teams and clients and turn them into creative executions that feel authentic, not "advertisey."
• Team Player: You’ll work closely with your creative, strategy, media, and account team to share and identify insights and opportunities.

Requirements

• Portfolio required: Show us things you’ve actually made (content, events, objects, or communities).
• Culturally Savvy: Deep knowledge of niche creators, highly specific cultural touchpoints, and the under the radar events where passionate communities actually gather. A deep understanding of intentional, discerning audiences who demand authenticity and mastery over surface level trends is a plus.
• Platform Mastery: You know the latest tools on TikTok, IG, and whatever is coming next.
• Taste: You have a strong point of view on design and storytelling.
• Energy: You enjoy going out, being present, and connecting.
• Bonus points if you have a side hustle, a passion project, or an extensive podcast list that wows us
