Own the cross-channel marketing execution and calendar discipline that ties campaigns, events, and community partnerships to local growth outcomes.

Coordinate and execute cross-channel campaigns across social, email, direct mail, and print.
Own the marketing calendar, timelines, vendor coordination, and project updates to hit deadlines.
Strengthen relationships with clients, referral partners, and the local community to boost participation and partnerships.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, direct mail, and print channels
Create and manage marketing calendars and project timelines
Coordinate listing, recruiting, and company marketing initiatives
Assist with content creation and social media scheduling
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
Coordinate client appreciation events and community outreach initiatives
Manage sponsorship opportunities and community partnerships
Support recruiting events and company-hosted functions
Help strengthen relationships with clients, referral partners, and the local community
Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously

Requirements

2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, events, project coordination, or a related field
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency with Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
