Own the end-to-end marketing flow for Holland Law Group by creating weekly social content, newsletters, website updates, events, and campaigns while coordinating with departments and vendors to boost visibility.

  • Drive brand consistency and SEO-friendly initiatives across digital assets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and publish weekly social media content across the firm's social media platforms.
  • Develop and distribute the firm's electronic newsletter.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and community engagement.
  • Monitor social media engagement and recommend new content ideas.
  • Maintain and update the firm's website.
  • Keep attorney biographies, staff profiles, and firm content current.
  • Coordinate with vendors as needed regarding website updates and functionality.
  • Assist with SEO initiatives to improve online visibility and search rankings.
  • Coordinate and assist with creating videos highlighting the firm's attorneys, departments, culture, and services.
  • Work with employees across multiple departments to develop engaging marketing content.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of marketing, communications, or event coordination experience preferred.
  • Experience managing business social media accounts.
  • Working knowledge of website content management systems (WordPress or similar).
  • Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Photography, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing experience is a plus.
