Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and adapt content for email, social media, website, print, and in-branch materials.
  • Produce original multimedia content, including photography and video, using professional cameras and equipment for marketing and storytelling purposes.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit visual content for digital use
  • Support campaign execution across multiple channels.
  • Ensure content is clear, culturally responsive, and bilingual.
  • Support management of email marketing platforms and social media channels.
  • Coordinate posting schedules and campaign timelines.
  • Maintain marketing collateral libraries and inventories.
  • Translate and adapt materials to ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
  • Coordinate with external translation resources when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content execution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual preferred.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), email marketing tools, graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar), and basic experience with video production and editing tools.
