Job Description

Responsibilities

Creating and managing client newsletters and regular communication updates .
Developing email drip campaigns for prospective clients and referral partners.
Managing marketing email campaigns through Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM .
Scheduling and distributing communication to boards, clients, and prospective communities.
Ensuring communications reflect the company’s brand voice and messaging standards.
Monitoring engagement and optimizing campaigns for effectiveness.
Coordinating marketing campaigns promoting the company’s services and solutions.
Supporting targeted campaigns for prospective HOA clients and referral partners.
Maintaining marketing calendars and campaign schedules.
Tracking campaign performance and reporting results to the VP of Sales.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
Two or more years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Experience managing email campaigns and marketing automation tools.
Ability to organize multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with sales leadership.

Preferred

Experience working with Zoho CRM or Zoho Campaigns is a plus.
