Drive outbound marketing and event coordination for BrightSpec, supporting lead generation and content updates.

Own monthly newsletters, application notes, and outreach to prospects.
Must-have: Excellent written communication and multi-project management skills.
Standout: Familiarity with marketing tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Canva) and chemistry background.

Execute marketing outreach campaigns to BrightSpec’s customer database
Create and manage monthly newsletters and application note announcements
Support lead generation efforts in collaboration with the sales team
Coordinate tradeshow logistics and ensure successful event execution
Attend tradeshows from time to time as designated by management
Feel comfortable speaking with prospective customers about our technology
Assist in the design and implementation of brochures, digital content, and website updates

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business (required)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and visual communication skills
Experience with marketing tools, email campaigns, or content creation is a plus
Specific experience with any of the following marketing tools is a plus: Salesforce, HubSpot, Dripify, Instantly, Sales Navigator, Skrapp, Canva, Microsoft 365 suite of tools
Background or familiarity with chemistry or laboratory work is a strong plus
