Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project timelines, task assignments, and deliverable schedules
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are completed on time and aligned with organizational priorities
  • Identify bottlenecks or competing demands and escalate as appropriate
  • Maintain and manage MarCom technology platforms (CMS, CRM integrations, email systems, reputation management tools, etc.)
  • Ensure data integrity and system functionality
  • Monitor platform usage and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries and shared documentation systems
  • Track and report on key marketing and communications metrics
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks
  • Provide regular updates on campaign performance and operational throughput

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Equivalent experience may be substituted for education and experience requirements.
  • Three to five years of experience in marketing operations, communications coordination, program management, or related role required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project management systems, CRM platforms, website CMS tools, email marketing software, reputation management platforms, and digital asset management systems.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management, with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs, track detailed workflows, and meet deadlines in structured, deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement system improvements.

Preferred

  • High attention to detail with a systems-oriented mindset and commitment to operational consistency.
  • Demonstrated experience in project and program management, including intake coordination, timeline development, deliverable tracking, and performance measurement.
