Responsibilities

  • Help drive awareness and understanding & its partnerships with its most strategic retail & CPG partners through multi-channel marketing campaigns, from strategy to execution to performance measurement.
  • Support the marketing campaign and promotional calendar. Assist in strategic campaigns, marketing communications, and promotions to support business objectives and goals for our most strategic retailers & CPGs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving engagement results and the customer experience.
  • Help to execute test plans to refine design, messaging, and approach to drive improved engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and CPG teams - partnering with key teams within Marketing Communications and Partnerships team - on key initiatives to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, creating impactful audience experiences and delivering the right message at the right time in the funnel.
  • Help facilitate retrospectives and constantly drive improvements and efficiencies to help deliver assets.
  • Champion new ideas, execute test plans, and iterate based on performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Studying Marketing, Business, Advertising, or similar.
  • Knowledge of or experience with external communications and partnerships such as social media, public relations, or B2B marketing.
  • Knowledge of planning, executing, and analysis for marketing campaigns and communications.
  • Well-versed in both online and offline marketing programs.
  • Excellent project management skills, demonstrated ability to multitask effectively.
  • Take a consumer-centric approach to marketing that balances insights and evidence/data.
