Responsibilities

• Digital marketing
• Manage the firm’s digital marketing channels
• Coordinate updates to the firm website and landing pages
• Help plan and execute marketing campaigns
• Monitor website and campaign performance
• Email communications
• Plan and send client emails, newsletters, and announcements
• Build and manage campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Growth Edition
• Maintain and segment email lists
• Track engagement and improve future campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 3–5 years of full-time digital marketing experience
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Experience managing email marketing campaigns
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)
• Experience working with marketing data and segmentation
• Knowledge of SQL is a strong advantage but not required
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects
• Experience working in wealth management or financial services is a plus but not required
