Own social media and content engagement across Instinct’s brands, turning clinical content into engaging formats and driving audience growth through data-driven optimization and cross-functional collaboration.

• Growth & Engagement Strategy: Lead platform-specific social programs and content formats across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging channels to maximize reach and engagement.
• Content Development & Experimentation: Translate clinical and editorial content into social formats (video, graphics, interactive content) and design structured A/B tests to improve performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, and CX to align engagement with acquisition, retention, and conversion goals while maintaining brand voice and editorial standards.
