Job Summary

Own and coordinate club-scale brand marketing operations, aligning agencies, internal partners, and vendors to standards, content strategy, and multi-channel campaigns while delivering on deadlines, budgets, and measurable impact.

  • Brand & Campaign Ops: set and maintain brand standards, asset creation, and editorial calendar alignment across clubs.
  • Agency & Partnerships: manage agency deliverables, timelines, resources, and vendor relationships to keep programs on track.
  • Content & Distribution: develop the brand content strategy, guide photography/videography, and oversee distribution and event-related activations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Club Branding & Marketing
  • Collaborate closely with agencies, vendors and the internal and external clients to create outstanding Marketing material standards for Clubs.
  • Manage/facilitate key processes involving agencies – direct and synchronize agency deliverable timelines across major strategic initiatives.
  • Manage Marketing initiatives, including internal clients, Brand Partnerships, Brand Voice, Design, F&B, Social
  • Media campaigns and assets, etc. Clearly and regularly communicate timelines, deliverables and success metrics to key stakeholders. Provide support to internal cross-functional departments, agencies and vendors to ensure efforts are aligned.
  • Develop business requirements, then direct and implement solutions to address unique needs, such as those related to the customer communications and vendor relationships.
  • Support the Head of Marketing, and internal clients in setting the direction of the editorial calendar, content and photography for custom published magazine advising of brand goals and relevance. Manage deadlines, budget and global distribution with the vendor. Communicate with the field and obtain input for appropriate features.
  • Partner with the appropriate brand co-workers on the development and management of the Brand’s content strategy and asset creation.
  • Create and oversee the Brand photography and videography standards and ensure continuous updating of creative assets.
  • Collaborate, manage and review all Brand-related divisional marketing needs.
  • Successfully achieve Club Marketing objectives on time and within budget, while ensuring quality and Brand standards are met.
  • Create and facilitate marketing communications integration – look and feel, messaging, timing and sequencing.
  • Facilitate and drive tactical and strategic marketing communication ensuring adequate resources are available and prioritize agency time and resources when/where necessary.
  • Play crucial role of planning and prioritizing agency resources and interactions against the associated Brand and marketing work plans and be responsible for tracking against those work plans. Set and maintain timelines and budgets associated with these processes, in addition to maintaining up to date communications with leadership regarding these efforts.
  • Create, direct and update the Brand graphic style guide and standard operating procedures for all Marketing materials, including but not limited to photography and videography.
  • Facilitate, develop and manage implementation plans for portfolio-wide major initiatives, track status and accomplishments.
  • Develop necessary business requirements, then direct and implement solutions, to address unique business needs, such as those related to the advertising and vendor relationships.
  • Successfully achieve business development and marketing objectives on-time and within budget, while ensuring quality and brand standards are met.
  • Oversee the calendar planning and execution for all club events, promotions and direct marketing offers to club members, in achieving member acquisition, player retention, revenue growth and member reactivation.
  • Assist in developing database marketing strategies in conjunction to ensure effective program results, through tracking, driving and evaluating customer response to club events, promotions and direct marketing offers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in marketing communication roles within the gaming, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, content management systems, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and presentations.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and ability to drive results through innovative campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM software, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Technical Proficiency: Have a general knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, CMS applications, and any other computer application required to perform duties.
