  • Special Event Management and Communications: Manage all strategic messaging for key fundraising campaigns and major events, including drafting speeches, crafting promotional copy, and developing event marketing materials. In collaboration with the Development Events Coordinator, plan and execute special public-facing events as needed (i.e. grand openings, ribbon cuttings, etc).
  • Digital Analytics & Performance Metrics: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across organic posts, paid advertising, web traffic, and email campaigns to continuously refine digital donor acquisition strategies.
  • Team & Vendor Leadership: Supervise the Marketing & Communications Coordinator; manage relationships with external design agencies, media buyers, copywriters, and video production partners.
