Marketing Communications Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for industry analysts covering work management, collaboration, knowledge management, and video/async collaboration.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with Gartner, Forrester, IDC , and independent industry analysts.
• Coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, advisory sessions, scheduling, briefing materials, spokesperson preparation, and follow-ups.
• Support analyst evaluations, including Gartner Magic Quadrants and Forrester Waves, managing submissions, product demos, and customer reference requests.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Product, and Customer Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and successful analyst engagement.
• Monitor analyst research, identify competitive insights, and communicate relevant market trends to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain analyst relations trackers, reporting, and documentation while coordinating with external agency partners.
• Support analyst programs at company events, product launches, and other strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Analyst Relations or B2B Technology Communications.
• At least 3 years of direct experience working with industry analysts.
• Hands-on experience supporting analyst evaluations such as Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, or similar research programs.
• Strong understanding of the B2B technology and SaaS industry.
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics, including AI, into clear and compelling analyst-ready messaging.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to quickly ramp up in an interim role and manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Preferred

• Experience in work management, collaboration, or SaaS productivity markets.
• Familiarity with Slack, Confluence, and email communication platforms.
• Experience partnering with Product Marketing Managers, product leaders, and executive spokespeople.
