Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support creation of written, visual, and video content across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Develop content based on real patient symptoms, questions, and experiences—not just services offered
  • Translate complex neurological and medical concepts into accessible, relatable messaging for diverse audiences
  • Assist in building and optimizing content funnels (e.g., social media/video → website → consultation booking)
  • Analyze content performance and engagement metrics to identify what drives patient inquiries and conversions
  • Collaborate with the team to refine messaging, branding, and overall marketing strategy

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate or graduate student (preferred majors: Communications, Marketing, Strategic Communication, Public Health, or related fields)
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Self-starter with creativity and attention to detail

Preferred

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics (preferred but not required)
