You will own the end-to-end preparation and distribution of email communications, including proofreading, coordinating writing efforts, and producing daily devotional emails in Mail Chimp, while collaborating with the marketing strategy team.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Proof all email and direct mail communications for grammar/spelling/diction in adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
Attend Communication and Digital Marketing strategy meetings.
Take notes in email strategy meetings.
Coordinate changes and distribute email copy from writing team.
Build and send daily devotional emails in Mail Chimp email platform, ensuring consistent content formatting.
Version control and file organization for drafts and approvals

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Communications or Marketing (or equivalent experience).
Mastery of grammar/spelling/diction
Basic understanding of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar tools)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle feedback and revisions collaboratively
Punctual, reliable, and professional
Ministry experience a plus
