Responsibilities

• The Marketing & Communications Coordinator serves as a brand ambassador for Wisler by coordinating marketing activities, maintaining brand consistency, supporting community engagement, and ensuring marketing materials and communications are accurate, organized, and completed on time.
• This position works closely with leadership and third-party marketing partners to support company initiatives and strengthen the Wisler brand.
• The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator with strong customer service, project coordination, and time management skills. They demonstrate initiative, creativity, adaptability, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, along with a strong commitment to representing and protecting the company’s brand.
• This position reports to the Leads Performance Manager.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, event coordination, or a related administrative role
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Experience scheduling and managing social media content
• Experience updating website content using a Content Management System (CMS)
• Experience coordinating vendors or external partners
• Experience planning or supporting company events
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar graphic design software
• Education Preferred: Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field OR
• Equivalent combination of education and directly related experience
