Job Summary

Support marketing and events operations across social channels, promotions, and guest communications, ensuring timely execution of campaigns, materials, and community events.

  • Coordinate social media production, scheduling, and timely responses to guests.
  • Assist with on-property advertising campaigns, signage, and website updates to back concerts, promotions, and events.
  • Help manage event logistics, distribution of materials, donor/sponsorship requests, and community relations activities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing activities across concerts, community events, website, public relations, and social media production, coverage, and distribution.
  • Assist with designing and implementing advertising projects and campaigns for promotions or events.
  • Support the Entertainment Coordinator with social media production, scheduling posts, organic ads, and platform messaging as directed.
  • Assist in maintaining company digital signage and website.
  • Assist with responding to guests’ comments on social media on behalf of the company.
  • Assist with distribution of marketing/advertising material at sponsored events.
  • Support the Legacy Rewards Club when requested.
  • Keep accurate inventory of office supplies, donation supplies, media equipment, and event equipment.
  • Assist with ordering supplies for concerts, events, donations, sponsored events, and social media contests for the Marketing Department.
  • Assist with company holiday or special event decorations.

Requirements

  • The minimum age requirement is twenty-one (21).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Exposure to a hospitality environment.
  • General knowledge of gaming, including slots, video, bingo, and card games.
  • Must have digital marketing experience with social media and websites.
  • Business clerical experience required.
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Suite, social media sites, and the internet.
  • Exposure with mobile and desktop image and video editing.
  • Able to type 45-50 WPM.
  • Must be able to speak in public.
  • Must be task orientated.
  • Must be available to work some nights and weekends.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable through the casino’s insurance carrier.
  • Must be able to obtain and retain a gaming license through the Tule River Tribe Gaming Commission.

Preferred

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, not required.
