Hiring | Campaign Specialist II – Lifecycle Marketing & Demand Generation

Location: Remote – Anywhere in the US

Duration: 6-Month Contract

We are looking for a Campaign Specialist / Lifecycle Marketing Professional to join a high-performing Performance Marketing team focused on customer expansion, demand generation, and revenue growth across a leading SaaS product portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys building multi-channel campaigns, working with data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute lifecycle and demand generation campaigns across multiple channels

• Manage email nurtures, customer journeys, and audience segmentation strategies

• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights

• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Growth, and Data teams

• Support customer expansion and engagement initiatives across self-serve and enterprise audiences

• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail

Required Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, campaign management, or demand generation

• Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or SFMC

• Experience managing campaigns across channels including email, paid advertising, webinars, content syndication, and in-product messaging

• Comfortable analyzing campaign data and performance dashboards

• Strong project management and communication skills

Background:

• Experience within SaaS, technology, or ecommerce environments

• Understanding of both product-led growth and sales-led demand generation motions

• Familiarity with reporting and analytics platforms such as Tableau
