- Assist in bulk data input of new records pertaining to potential & existing clients. Perform data cleansing through systematic review and updates to existing data records, including bulk imports and record updates.
- Communicate clearly with designated leads about workload, priorities, dependencies, unresolved questions, and potential risks to timing or data quality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to data accuracy and completeness
- Ability to learn and follow defined processes, field mappings, naming conventions, data standards, and quality-control procedures
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, clarify priorities, and adjust as business needs change
- Clear written communication and sound judgment when documenting issues, requesting clarification, or escalating exceptions
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Excel
- Prior experience with or ability to learn Workday, Workfront, and other business systems quickly
- Experience supporting proposals, marketing operations, sales operations, data quality, project coordination, process improvement, or a professional services environment
