Job Description

Responsibilities

Drafting and organizing marketing emails and follow-ups
Monitoring and helping manage inbox communication
Supporting outreach to creators, customers, and partners
Assisting with Amazon listing updates, content coordination, and promotional support
Helping with email marketing tasks and campaign organization
Assisting with Meta ads, Google ads, and Amazon ads support and tracking
Tracking creative requests, revisions, and sample runs
Organizing marketing calendars, project trackers, and status updates
Conducting light competitor research and compiling notes
Helping coordinate website updates, social content, assets, and internal marketing needs

Requirements

Strong organization and attention to detail
Good written communication skills
Willingness to learn and take feedback
Dependable follow-through
Interest in marketing, branding, e-commerce, and business operations
Comfort with Google Docs, Sheets, email, and general digital tools

Preferred

Canva experience is a strong plus, especially for handling simple creative updates and support tasks
