Job Summary
Own the execution engine for MoonFare’s creator-driven content and influencer partnerships, coordinating short-form video, creator outreach, and ecommerce-ready assets to accelerate brand awareness in luxury kidsfashion.
- Content & Creator Ops: Manage TikTok/Instagram execution, calendars, and creator gifting to maintain premium visuals.
- Influencer & UGC: Source micro-influencers, track responses/UGC deliverables, and build a creator database.
- Asset & Launch Support: Repurpose TikTok content for Reels/Stories, support Shopify updates, and assist with collection launches.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist with TikTok and Instagram content execution
- Edit short-form video content in CapCut
- Repurpose TikToks into Reels and Stories
- Research trends, sounds, hooks, and viral formats
- Organize content calendars
- Capture content during pop-up markets and events
- Help maintain elevated luxury visual consistency
- Identify micro-influencers aligned with MoonFare aesthetics
- Manage creator outreach and gifting coordination
- Track influencer responses and UGC deliverables
Requirements
- Marketing, Communications, Business, Fashion, or Media major
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram culture
- Excellent aesthetic judgment
- Organized and proactive
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
- Interest in fashion, luxury, motherhood, or consumer brands
Preferred
- Basic Canva and CapCut experience preferred
- Photography/video skills are a plus
