Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary Brand Ambassador for the Knoxville location, representing the company’s core values and professional image.
  • Create and schedule engaging content for our corporate social media platforms, highlighting completed projects, team culture, and community service initiatives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and lead company marketing and community events across our branch locations in Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga.
  • Attend all construction association meetings in Knoxville and Chattanooga, including occasional travel to Headquarters in Nashville for key marketing and networking events.
  • Oversee the internal employee email newsletter distributed on the first business day of each month, curating the best job pictures from the past month, compiling monthly birthdays and work anniversaries, and writing short feature stories highlighting a key employee of the month.
  • Oversee and distribute the weekly safety meeting email every Wednesday morning, collaborating with the safety professional on content and engaging with Crew Members to gather input on topics they want to see.
  • Monitor client feedback and local market trends to suggest new strategies for brand engagement.
  • Collaborate with operational leadership to ensure all marketing materials align with our corporate standards.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the Knoxville branch, warmly greeting visitors, clients, and vendors.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members and answering general questions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
  • University of Tennessee, Knoxville graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong customer service background with a proven ability to handle fast-paced, high-stress situations professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and various social media platforms.
  • Experience with CRM software and basic data entry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for detail and content creation.
  • Highly organized, capable of multitasking, and able to transition seamlessly between creative marketing tasks and administrative duties.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regionally as needed to support events in Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga. RGF will provide a Ford company vehicle and fuel card for any and all required travel to events across Tennessee.
  • Physical ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and safely lift, load, unload, and set up materials and equipment from a vehicle for various marketing events.
