Own end-to-end box office operations for live concerts, driving ticket sales through integrated marketing, staffing, and guest experience programs.
- Manage ticketing and shows from setup to settlement
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with F&B, security, marketing, and artist reps
- Oversee box office staff, press passes, and guest relations
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build shows from the ground up in our ticketing system
- Drive ticket sales through paid and organic social campaigns and email marketing
- Prepare & file promotional materials for each concert
- Coordinate pre-sales and promo codes with artist representatives
- Handle press outreach for new and upcoming shows and maintain listings on area event calendars
- Collaborate with others on per-show sales strategies, including digital ads with Jambase and Relix
- Track sales and provide regular per-show and org-level reports to internal & external stakeholders
- Work with the F&B Manager to establish and maintain best practices and SOPs for box office staff
- Hire, train and schedule Box Office personnel
- Work with F&B Manager and Executive Chef to maintain our menus
Requirements
- Passion for live music and delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Strong conflict de-escalation and customer resolution skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with F&B, security, marketing, and artist representatives
- Staff hiring, training, and scheduling across multiple departments
- Social media marketing and digital advertising to drive ticket sales
- Ticketing platform and box office operations management
