Job Summary

Coordinate cross-department operations to translate executive goals into actionable plans and protect culture while managing budget focus.

  • Own conversion of Executive goals into step-by-step operational plans with milestones.
  • Must-have: Availability of approximately five to ten hours per week and a work sample.
  • Standout: Direct collaboration with the CFO on budgets and HR policy enforcement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate production schedules with department heads
  • Maintain and enforce production deadlines
  • Convert Executive goals into operational plans with steps, timelines, and milestones
  • Supervise department managers as the primary contact between Executives and staff
  • Evaluate employee participation and deliver performance reports to the Executive team
  • Ensure all content, campaigns, partnerships, products, etc. align with COURAGE values
  • Present new proposals to the Executive team
  • Work directly with Maxine (CFO) to manage budgets and spending
  • Allocate resources and personnel across active projects
  • Evaluate potential collaborations and partnerships with other organizations
  • Collect data, concerns, and questions, then report to the Executive team
  • Resolve operational problems, workflow breakdowns, and personnel conflicts
  • Coordinate communication between departments
  • Develop workflow systems and operational protocols and present them for approval
  • Monitor project progress and hold department leads accountable
  • Protect employee culture by enforcing HR policies and the code of conduct
