Job Summary

Own the event email lifecycle in HubSpot end-to-end, from registration and reminders to post-event nurture, while maintaining lists, pages, and workflows.

  • Marketing Automation: Build and QA HubSpot workflows for confirmations, reminders, no-show engagement, and post-event nurture.
  • Content & Pages: Create and publish HubSpot landing pages for webinar/event registration following templates and brand guidelines.
  • List Management & Compliance: Support segmentation and suppression to ensure the right contacts receive communications.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Automation: Build and QA HubSpot workflows for confirmations, reminders, no-show engagement, and post-event nurture.
  • Content & Pages: Create and publish HubSpot landing pages for webinar/event registration following templates and brand guidelines.
  • List Management & Compliance: Support segmentation and suppression to ensure the right contacts receive communications.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail — comfortable following a process precisely and catching errors before they ship
  • Basic familiarity with email marketing or CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is a big plus, but not required — we'll train)
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets to manage lists, timelines, and data
  • Good written communication skills; can adapt tone for external (customer-facing) vs. internal audiences
  • Organized and able to juggle multiple concurrent event timelines
  • Interest in marketing automation, MarTech, or B2B/healthcare marketing is a plus

Preferred

  • Experience with Canva or basic design tools
  • Familiarity with GDPR/data privacy basics for contact handling
  • Prior event support or webinar coordination experience
