Responsibilities

GrowthDesk Client Management
Serve as the day-to-day contact for a roster of ETF issuers and fund launches. Run the weekly check-ins, own the monthly reporting cycle from HubSpot data pull to executive brief, onboard new clients through our discovery intake, and maintain each client's lead-scoring rules, lists and workflows.
Campaign Design and Management
Design and build email campaigns, nurture sequences, landing pages and forms in HubSpot for Teucrium funds and GrowthDesk clients. Manage the paid search calendar with our agency partner(s), including budgets by fund, keyword hygiene and ad policy approvals. Run webinar and event campaigns end to end and closely track results.
Publishing and Compliance Operations
Publish Substack articles, blog posts, weekly social packages and fund-page updates. Route every client-facing piece through compliance review, apply reviewer comments, track approval status and archive the approved version. You won't be writing market commentary. You will own getting it out clean, on time and reviewed.
Advisor Presentations and Product Knowledge
Present fund mechanics, positioning and risks to financial advisors on webinars. Answer product questions from advisors and end investors as a Series 7 registered representative. Maintain advisor and RIA prospect lists from HubSpot, and prep meeting briefs for the CGO.
Regulatory Framework
Operate within SEC and FINRA marketing rules. Everything client-facing gets reviewed, and final authority rests with the Chief Compliance Officer.

Requirements

The requirement is narrow.
You need to have built marketing automation yourself, at a firm regulated by the SEC or FINRA. Built means you set up the emails, the workflows, the lists and the reports in HubSpot or a comparable platform, and you sent that work to a compliance reviewer before it went out. Hiring an agency to do it does not count. Working next to the person who did it does not count.
You also need a FINRA Series 7, or you need to pass it before your start date. If you have presented a fund to financial advisors as a registered representative, say so in the first line of your application. If you have run campaigns for an ETF, a mutual fund or a wealth management firm and answered an advisor's hard question on a live call, say that too. If you have only used a HubSpot account that someone else built, do not apply. We cannot train you into this job.
Everything else in this posting is negotiable. Building the automation yourself and holding the license are not.
Specific Competencies
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65), in good standing or within the 2-year reinstatement window
- 2 to 5 years in asset management, ETF distribution, wealth management or financial services marketing
- HubSpot (or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Pardot): email builds, workflows, lead scoring, reporting
- Working knowledge of SEC and FINRA retail communication rules and required disclosures
- Presenting a fund to a financial advisor, taking a hard question, and staying inside approved materials

Preferred

ETF launches, 351 conversions, platform onboarding, the basics of APs and market makers
Google Ads and GA4, Canva or Adobe, basic HTML and CSS
Claude Code, Claude Cowork (or equivalent), Python or SQL literacy
Compliance review platforms (Red Oak, Smarsh, Global Relay)
Familiarity with commodity or crypto markets
