Job Summary

Own cross‑functional communications and project management for marketing programs, driving timelines, budgets, and agency coordination while shaping corporate messaging and digital optimization.

  • Project ownership and scheduling: develop timelines, status reports, and multi-project prioritization to hit deadlines.
  • Communication and materials: draft internal/external comms and oversee promotional content with agency partners.
  • Strategic support and analytics: shape messaging strategy, support event programs, and apply analytics to digital channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Participates in a range of project management assignments to support the Manager
  • Develops and update timelines and status reports for all projects
  • Writes drafts of internal and external communications
  • Oversees the development, edits manuscripts and layouts for sales promotional materials within the specifications and timelines required for all business lines.
  • Develops strategies to optimize digital communications and platforms, including analytics
  • Supports national tradeshow and event programs
  • Works with outside agencies for communication material and services.
  • Assists in strategic development, production positioning and corporate messaging.
  • Prepares basic creative promotional material for selected programs.
  • Administers the processing of invoices and maintain budget updates
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business communications or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business, communications and marketing
  • Strong familiarity with digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Experience using CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement tools, management/measurement tools to manage leads, track campaign performance, and personalize customer experiences
  • Strong Verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Requires independent initiatives
  • Strong project management skills, including ability to multi-task, and manage multiple projects with competing levels of priority, leadership exposure and rigorous deadlines
  • Results driven, with a proactive approach to problem solving and innovation.
  • Analytical skills for data analysis and reporting
Preferred
  • Knowledge of field staff sales operations and an understanding of the healthcare and medical device landscape is highly desirable
