Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across platforms such as YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, X and Reddit.
  • Monitor performance daily and optimize campaigns based on engagement KPIs.
  • Conduct audience research, segmentation, and A/B testing to improve targeting and performance
  • Collaborate with the creative contractors to develop high-performing ad concepts and iterate based on data insights
  • Manage budgets efficiently and forecast spend to meet growth targets
  • Build clear, actionable performance reports and communicate results to internal stakeholders
  • Stay up to date with paid social trends, algorithm updates, and emerging ad formats
  • Schedule, monitor and optimize the businesses organic content across its social channels.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution models
  • Experience working within ad managers across major social platforms
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be based in the United States and available during East Coast business hours

Preferred

  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-native reporting tools)
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and event-based optimization
  • Experience in high-growth startups or performance-driven environments
  • Interest or understanding of ETFs and investing generally
