Responsibilities
- Marketing & Campaign Support
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, print, and other channels.
- Coordinate project timelines, marketing materials, deliverables, and internal approvals.
- Track campaign activities and assist with reporting on performance and results.
- Collaborate with sales and other internal teams to support marketing initiatives.
- Content & Communications
- Create and edit marketing materials, including email communications, social media content, articles, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and visual presentation across marketing communications.
- Support internal communications and promotional initiatives.
- Digital Marketing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of marketing, communications, or related experience preferred.
- Relevant internship experience will be considered.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms.
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting.
Preferred
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, website analytics, or social media analytics.
- Experience in healthcare, medical products, B2B, or another regulated industry.
