Responsibilities

• The individual in this role will conduct market research, assist in creating marketing campaigns, manage digital marketing initiatives, and support the execution of sales strategies.
• Additional responsibilities include coordinating marketing projects, collaborating with team members, tracking campaign performance, and providing valuable insights to drive growth and brand awareness.

Requirements

• Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal capabilities, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and messaging
• Experience in Market Research and understanding market trends to inform strategies
• Sales and Marketing skills with knowledge of campaign creation and customer acquisition techniques
• Project Management skills, including the ability to coordinate tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, as well as basic analytical skills to monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness
• Adaptable and self-motivated, with the ability to work in a remote environment

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
