Responsibilities

• Marketing & Project Coordination: Support marketing initiatives across email, social media, digital, and event channels. Utilize Microsoft Planner to complete and track projects, assignments, and deadlines.
• Vendor & Content Management: Act as the primary liaison with the firm's external marketing vendor. Coordinate development and updates of marketing materials, presentations, advertisements, social media content, and website content. Manage project requests and revisions in a timely manner.
• Event Support: Assist with meetings, webinars and client appreciation events. Occasional attendance and travel may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field. Strong organizational, project management, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Teams, Planner, and CRM systems. Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, email marketing, analytics, and vendor management.
