Responsibilities

• To start, you'll help across a mix of marketing tasks, which include:
• - Email marketing execution (campaigns & flows)
• - Pulling basic performance data and helping compile reports
• - Supporting content creation across different channels (e.g., email, blog)
• - Light copywriting and editing for marketing materials
• - Research support (competitors, trends, best practices, etc.)
• - General marketing/admin support across brands as needed
• As you grow into the role, you'll take on more CRM-specific responsibility, including:
• - Building and maintaining automated email/SMS flows
• - Managing list growth and segmentation strategy

Requirements

• 1+ years of marketing work experience
• Working proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
• Good copywriting skills with an aesthetic sense
• Attention to detail
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Basic understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy
• Tech and AI-savvy: comfortable using tools like ChatGPT for content ideation and Claude for workflows and data
• Experience with Klaviyo is a huge plus
