Responsibilities

• Support the scheduling, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social, and paid media channels.
• Create email campaigns, manage customer segmentation, and send loyalty offers within the CRM system.
• Assist Rewards customers with help requests.
• Track campaign performance and report on engagement metrics, conversions, and ROI.
• Assist in maintaining brand presence across digital platforms including the website, Google Business, and local listings.
• Create social media content, post, and manage social advertising to increase followers and engagement. Cross post as appropriate for blog and brand content.
• Manage social media community engagement.
• Create partnerships with local influencers.
• Work with the operations team to create training content, including videos.
• Support the planning and production of store openings, community events, restaurant fundraisers, and local partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2 years of marketing, social media, graphic design, or content creation experience.
• Excellent communication and organization skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams and working with external vendors, franchise partners, and engaging with customers.
• Experience creating Social Media content
• Plus: Working knowledge of email marketing, social media marketing, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Meta Business Suite)
