Position Summary The Marketing Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the marketing team. This role assists with campaign coordination, content scheduling, and general marketing activities as well as corporate administrative support.  Key Responsibilities * Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activities * Schedule and publish social media posts * Help create marketing materials (presentations, flyers, email drafts) * Maintain marketing databases and update CRM systems * Support event planning and execution (events, tradeshows) * Provide administrative support as needed * Support Receptionist position as needed (breaks, vacations, paid time off) Location & Commitments * Permanent full-time role based in Dixon, IL * Monday-Friday @ 8am-5pm Qualifications * Associates degree required (Bachelors preferred) * 0–2 years of experience in marketing or internships * 18 years or older * Eligible to work in the United States Preferred Skills * Comfortable on the phone and talking with customers * Proficient computer skills (Microsoft: Outlook, Word, Excel) * Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content generation * Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools * Knowledge of CRM systems * Familiarity with email marketing platforms * Basic understanding of analytics and reporting
