Responsibilities

• - Communicate with clients in professional manner via email/phone
• - Support the AM in the coordination and execution of requests in a timely manner
• - Resolve issues and problems, or complete tasks related to the client’s website, campaign or account
• - Address basic client campaign and account questions
• - Track all reactive client emails to ensure every client email is acknowledged before leaving for the day

Requirements

• - Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
• - 0-1 year, including internships. Great for recent graduates or early-career professionals.
• - Effective organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple client and/or AM requests simultaneously.
• - Proficient critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a client-first mindset. Ability to effectively communicate with sophisticated clientele.
• - Knowledge in Scorpion’s technology suite, which includes Platform, CSX and CMS.
• - Attention to detail and a problem-solving approach to task management.
• - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• - Demonstrated ability to correctly delegate tasks to the correct Support team.
• - Confidently utilize Scorpion technology to answer basic client campaign and account questions
