Identify proposal opportunities from client procurement sites daily
Maintain CRM and Open Asset data and marketing materials
Assist with drafting and packaging proposals and qualifications statements

Job Description

Responsibilities

Daily review of client procurement websites and related systems to identify proposal opportunities.
Daily data entry of leads, opportunities, and other information into the Client Relationship Management (CRM) database.
Data entry and oversight of Open Asset (digital asset management database).
Maintain marketing materials, including resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, photographs, and subcontractor information.
Assist with drafting, formatting, editing, assembling, and packaging proposals and qualifications statements using Microsoft Word and Adobe InDesign.
Provide clerical and administrative support for proposal and pursuit activities within the marketing department.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
