Responsibilities

• Assist in creating visually engaging digital content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), email campaigns, and website updates
• Design basic marketing graphics, posts, and promotional materials using tools such as Canva, Adobe, or similar platforms
• Help schedule, organize, and track social media content
• Ensure branding consistency across all digital channels
• Assist with the design and coordination of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, signage, handouts, and other promotional materials
• Coordinate with vendors or printers as needed to ensure timely production and delivery
• Maintain and update existing marketing materials as needed
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events, sponsorships, and community initiatives
• Assist with event logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up communications
• Help track sponsorship opportunities and maintain related documentation

Requirements

• Associate's degree in business, marketing, communications or a similar field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to travel throughout the County. Must be able to drive.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk and access students/clients in various environments, bending over and lifting/holding/carrying objects found in an office environment.
• Ability to communicate and respond to co-worker and customer inquiries both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to operate a PC/laptop and to enter & retrieve information from a computer.
• Ability to handle varying and often high levels of stress.
