Job Description

Responsibilities

Support creator and influencer partnerships, from outreach and communication to campaign coordination
Help plan and run social media campaigns and giveaways on Instagram and TikTok
Support our TikTok Shop and affiliate programs
Coordinate day-to-day marketing operations, including product shipments and campaign tracking
Assist with content review, market research and other marketing projects as needed

Requirements

Strong written communication in English, with a friendly and professional tone
Highly organized, with a sharp eye for detail and follow-through
Comfortable with Instagram and TikTok, and interested in creator and social media marketing
Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Drive)
Able to manage many conversations and tasks at once and meet deadlines
Able to work on-site at our Sunnyvale office

Preferred

Fluency in Korean
Experience in marketing, social media or influencer outreach, including internships or student projects
Familiarity with TikTok Shop or affiliate programs
Basic design skills, for example with Canva
Interest in parenting, baby or family products
