Responsibilities

• Onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless, welcoming experience
• Creating engaging social media content, including captions, graphics, reels, and short-form video
• Scheduling and managing content across platforms
• Assisting with the setup, management, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Supporting SEO efforts through keyword research, on-page optimization, and content updates
• Updating websites, landing pages, and other digital marketing assets as needed
• Tracking basic marketing performance and preparing simple reports
• Collaborating with the team to execute marketing strategies across multiple client accounts
• Maintaining organized client files, content calendars, and project timelines

Requirements

• Strong writing and communication skills with excellent attention to detail (required)
• Experience creating social media content, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and short-form video (required)
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or other digital advertising platforms (required)
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and website optimization (required)
• Proficiency with Canva and social media scheduling tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative
• Experience in marketing, content creation, or client-facing roles (required)
• Passion for supporting women entrepreneurs and mission-driven businesses
