Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
0–3 years of experience in marketing support, marketing coordination, administration, or a related position.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to prepare professional presentations, spreadsheets, and business documents.
Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
Basic understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and content development.
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively with a team.

Preferred

Experience supporting B2B marketing activities.
Interest or experience in solar energy, renewable energy, energy storage, manufacturing, or industrial technology.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design tools.
Experience with website content management systems such as WordPress.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or digital marketing reporting tools.
Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM systems.
Experience assisting with trade shows, conferences, or corporate events.
Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing.
Experience coordinating vendors, purchase orders, invoices, or marketing budgets.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Microsoft Planner.
