Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting marketing and business decision‑making by delivering accurate reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights across digital and marketing operations. Ensures data integrity, enables channel‑level optimization, and translates complex analytics into clear, consumable outputs for internal stakeholders.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate recurring reports and dashboards using defined formatting and presentation standards for daily and ongoing consumption.
  • Identify, locate, and extract data from multiple systems and sources to support reporting, ad‑hoc analysis, and analytical investigations.
  • Test, analyze, and troubleshoot data issues; ensure data accuracy, tagging integrity, segmentation logic, and consistency across reporting outputs.
  • Analyze channel performance (e.g., digital, email, content, paid media) and deliver actionable insights to support optimization decisions.
  • Partner with marketers and business stakeholders to align on metrics definitions, reporting needs, and effective data visualization.
  • Document data definitions, report logic, sources, and assumptions to support transparency, reuse, and self‑service BI enablement.

Requirements

  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally, 2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field. Certification is required in some areas.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting marketing, digital, or customer analytics through reporting and dashboarding.
  • Hands‑on experience extracting and analyzing data from multiple systems or data sources.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting data quality, tagging, segmentation, and reporting hygiene.
  • Experience translating analytical findings into clear, business‑ready insights.
  • Familiarity with self‑service BI tools and end‑user support.
  • Experience partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders to define metrics and reporting needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, consumable insights.
  • Comfort working with large datasets, multiple data sources, data visualization and reporting best practices.
