Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As our Senior Marketing Analyst, you will operate at the intersection of market intelligence and commercial strategy, helping shape sector-specific narratives, prioritize growth opportunities, and support high-value customer pursuits.
  • You will serve as the marketing focal point for key account sales materials, translating sector insights, regional market dynamics, and ENGIE’s integrated capabilities into clear, customer-ready value propositions and strategic account presentations.
  • Working closely with Sales, Strategy, Analytics, and other cross-functional partners, you will help ensure commercial teams are equipped with relevant market intelligence, compelling sector positioning, and consistent messaging.
  • This role is focused on informing deal strategy, sector prioritization, and customer-facing commercial narratives rather than channel execution or campaign delivery.
  • Develop deep insights on data centers and priority growth sectors, including brokers and emerging demand segments.
  • Analyze regional power markets including ERCOT, PJM, MISO, SPP, and WECC to identify where ENGIE can win by segment.
  • Translate market signals into clear commercial implications for leadership and sales teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, Engineering. In lieu of a degree a combination of education and relevant work experience may also be considered
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing, energy markets, analytics, strategy, or consulting
  • Strong analytical and data skills, with experience using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools to develop insights, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Ability to translate complex energy market dynamics into clear, actionable recommendations for commercial and customer-facing teams
  • Knowledge of power markets, renewable energy, retail supply, PPAs, wholesale markets, and the needs of large energy consumers, including data centers
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, strategy, analytics, and marketing teams in commercially driven environments
  • Skilled in developing sector-specific value propositions, customer briefs, account materials, and regional narratives that support strategic pursuits
  • Ability to standardize repeatable tools, segment high-value opportunities, and connect teams around a consistent, customer-focused sector strategy
