Job Summary

Own and drive organizational change initiatives by building strategy, readiness, communications, training, and measurement to ensure adoption and business impact.

  • Lead change management efforts for cross-functional, organization-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies, including impact analysis, readiness assessments, and sponsor roadmaps to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Design, develop, deliver, and manage change communications and training programs tailored to diverse audiences.

Job Description

Own and drive organizational change initiatives by building strategy, readiness, communications, training, and measurement to ensure adoption and business impact.

  • Lead change management efforts for cross-functional, organization-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies, including impact analysis, readiness assessments, and sponsor roadmaps to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Design, develop, deliver, and manage change communications and training programs tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with project team members, centers of excellence, stakeholders, and senior leaders to influence change efforts and achieve business outcomes.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and success measures to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and ensure sustainable adoption.
  • Drive process simplification and scalability to enhance operational efficiencies and support transformative change across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed change management practices into project workflows and business strategies.
  • Monitor and report on change progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives and overcome resistance.
    • Best fit for someone with a background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or Organizational Change.
    • Requires MBA or equivalent experience with demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies.
    • Proven experience leading organizational change initiatives and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
    • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills, with adeptness in impact analysis and readiness assessments.
