Responsibilities

• 1. Client management + communication
• - Own the success of the accounts you manage, ensuring deliverables, creating strategic direction, and meeting client’s goals and expectations
• - Cultivate strong relationships with clients, industry leaders, freelancers, KNB vendors, and other stakeholders
• - Demonstrate enthusiasm in client communications
• - Offer new ideas and initiatives to the team
• - Run biweekly and ad hoc client meetings
• - Own project trackers and update them weekly
• - Onboard new clients
• - Create timelines and project trackers for new accounts
• 2. Client service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a marketing or communications field
• 10+ years of PR/marketing/communications project management experience
• Strategic planner and effective implementer
• Ability to maintain and foster relationships with clients and team members
• Deadline-driven and understand how to prioritize and adapt under pressure
• Knowledge of best practices in the marketing, communications, media/PR space
• Collaborative, creative, and cool under pressure

Preferred

• Experience working in healthcare, heath tech, pharma, and/or life sciences
• Agency experience
• Experience with software such as Muck Rack, Cision, PR Newswire, SEM Rush, and HubSpot
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance challenges for drug commercialization and HIPPA
